Timothy Morson is a former Canadian diplomat specialized in immigration and an independent Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). He has over 25 years of global experience as a visa officer, immigration program manager, and deputy director of international immigration operations for the Canadian government, and as director of immigration for Cirque du Soleil.
